About the position

In this key role, you will lead the development of future platforms, build new architecture, and work with hands-on web development or desktop application development. You will have a leading position towards our Indian development team, act as Scrum master, and be an important link between technology and customer needs. The role involves actively working to build robust systems/applications in C#/.NET. Furthermore, you will collaborate cross-functionally with designers, frontend developers, and other product teams while meeting customers to understand and implement improvements.

We are currently looking for several individuals with backgrounds in both desktop application development and web development, where the common denominator is that you are experienced, skilled, and independent developers.

Responsibilities

The role involves leading and driving technical development, from setting up architecture, actively working with coding, participating in customer dialogue, and leading the development process forward. You will work to develop robust platforms and systems built with modern technologies. Everything you develop aims to create next-generation application platforms that are continuously updated to remain relevant.

  • Lead, communicate, and set requirements for the Indian development team
  • Develop systems and platforms with microservice architecture and containerization
  • Design and develop REST APIs with ASP.NET Core and manage integrations
  • Build new architecture and develop new platforms to replace current products
  • Troubleshoot, test, and review code to ensure high quality
  • Meet customers (e.g., authorities, hospitals, or other emergency services) to understand their needs and drive improvements
  • Design and maintain databases by updating database schemas, queries, and data pipelines

We are looking for you who

  • Have an engineering degree or higher education in fields such as Computer Science or equivalent, or corresponding work experience
  • Have several years of work experience in C#, .NET Framework / .NET 5–8, Java, Go, Node.js, Python, or equivalent
  • Have several years of work experience in WPF application development or web development
  • Have experience in developing and customizing APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, ASP.NET Core)
  • Have experience working with microservice architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
  • Have experience working with SQL and relational databases or NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
  • Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

It is a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Prism, MahApps, or other third-party WPF UI frameworks
  • Experience working with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks (such as Autofac, Unity, built-in DI)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Experience with unit testing (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, MSTest) and mocking frameworks (such as Moq)
  • Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or equivalent)
  • Experience with agile methods/Scrum
  • Experience with MVVM architecture (Prism, MVVM Light, etc.)
